今次同屋企人一行七人訂咗呢個Resort超靚，入住嘅時候仲upgrade咗我哋去beach view 連續住咗兩晚都見到好靚嘅日落，Villa有私人泳池一家人喺泳池玩到夠大。酒店餐廳好靚好大早餐都好豐富但晚餐自費自助餐食BBQ價錢偏貴大約每人要港幣4xx，越南嚟講呢個消費算高消費。但食物質素好一般見唔到有大廚全部都好似係小朋友煮嘢食咁。首先海鮮選擇唔多又燒到Overcooked。總括嚟講呢個Villa係值得入住嘅。

第三次入住premier village啦，服務還是那麼好，度假村內見到每個工作人員都會點頭問好，有任何問題都會快速回應。還應我要求給了我最靠近juice bar的別墅，超級滿意。這次去還加了免費到日落鎮的水上巴士，方便快捷。酒店裡很多活動，可以浮潛，和坐船出海看到的珊瑚差不多。早餐也是非常豐富，還有“自行車冰沙”非常有趣。期待下一次富國島之旅，再來這裡度假！

環境優美，房間很大，景色好。這邊的海水比長灘那邊的清，沙子也比較細膩。瓶裝水可以免費提供不限量。酒店內部交通需要叫酒店內巴士，但是要打出富裕時間。酒店內的餐食也不很貴，品質也不錯，晚上還有火把表演。出行酒店需要打車，但是也很便宜，大概十幾人民幣。總體感覺很好

酒店服務人員都很熱情和禮貌在路上看見都會打招呼酒店環境很好，別墅面積都很大，很適合帶小朋友住。酒店內的娛樂項目很豐富，手工，運動，海上項目都有，並且每天還不一樣，感覺不出去就呆在酒店裡也不無聊，妥妥滴度假酒店大堂辦入住的服務人員也特別好溝通，我們的一個孩子剛滿12歲，也按照小童算入，親子特別友好推薦和幾家朋友一起入住。

這次入住體驗總體來說非常失望，完全不推薦這家酒店，特別是考慮到它昂貴的價格。首先，酒店最大的問題在於**內部的交通接駁（Buggy）服務**。這裡的別墅/房間距離主要設施非常遠，根本不是步行可以輕鬆到達的距離，所以出入完全依賴Buggy。然而，叫Buggy的等待時間長得離譜！每次出門都要提前很久打電話，然後在房間乾等，非常浪費時間，嚴重影響了度假的心情。其次，**衛生環境真的很一般**。以這個價位的豪華酒店標準來看，房間的清潔細節做得不到位，設施維護也顯得有些陳舊，完全沒有那種「物有所值」的高級感。服務方面的效率也讓人不敢恭維。員工的回覆速度很慢，解決問題也不夠積極。最讓人崩潰的是**叫外賣（Grab）的體驗**。酒店規定外賣只能送到大堂門口，客人必須自己去取。這本來可以理解，但結合第一點提到的Buggy龜速，就變成了災難。每次叫個外賣，算上等Buggy去大堂、取餐、再等Buggy回房間的時間，前後折騰將近一個小時！這對於只是想簡單吃頓飯的客人來說，簡直是折磨。唯一值得稱讚的是這裡的**景色確實很美**，拍照很出片。但僅憑這一點，絕對無法彌補服務效率低下、交通不便以及衛生平庸帶來的負面體驗。總結來說，這家酒店除了風景好之外，服務和配套完全跟不上收費標準。同樣的預算，絕對有更好的選擇，我不會再來了。餐廳食物又難吃又貴，大villa沒有微波爐沒有煮食器材（要額外給錢）沒有餐具，總之非常不方便

Our stay in the three-bedroom ocean-view villa was absolutely sublime. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxed and quiet, allowing us to truly unwind. the villas are nestled within lush nature. We loved spending our evenings on the villa's private terrace, drink in hand, watching the spectacular sunset. The ability to jump into our own private pool at any moment was a fantastic perk. The beach is lovely, with clear, calm water. It's quite shallow, making it perfect for families. A highlight for us was the coral reef on one end of the beach, which provided excellent snorkeling right from the shore. The hotel's main swimming pools are also impressive, spread over a vast area that our kids absolutely loved. On the downside, the food and service in the restaurant could be improved. The menu felt somewhat limited for a hotel of this size, and the service was often quite slow. Having only one restaurant was a constraint; adding a few more dining options would significantly enhance the guest experience. Despite this, we had an unforgettable experience

The villas at Premier Village Phu Quoc Resort - Managed by Accor are immaculate. This is the type of place I'd love to live. It's an entire community of 215 villas, spread across the hills and over looking the beach and gardens. The buggy service is dependable and timely and great for getting around quickly. We were provided a free upgrade, which was perfect. The villa included 3 rooms and 3.5 bath, plenty of space for a family of 4. . This is a great option for an extended family vacation or for a group of friends at a very reasonable price. The sea views from the multiple balconies and bathrooms are fantastic, the space for the value are unbeatable, and the amentities are exactly what I family would expect for luxury. The support provided by the staff was great. The private pool is an added bonus, but the public pool is just as amazing. They also offer a variety of free activities for kids and adults including snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, and arts and crafts. The gym has everything you'd need to get in a quick workout and they offer yoga classes as well. I didn't use the spa, but it also looked like a relaxing oasis. The breakfast buffet and lunch and dinner options are delicious with a large variety of options. I would make this a yearly 訂房網站 with my family if Vietnam weren't so difficult to visit for foreigners.
